3. Client Obligations

The client is responsible for providing all necessary content, images, and data required for the project in a timely manner.
The client warrants that all material provided to Shift Tech Solutions is legally owned or licensed by the client and does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
The client is responsible for promptly reviewing and approving work at various stages of the project. Delays in feedback may result in timeline extensions.

4. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Upon final payment, the client is granted full ownership and rights to the website or design created specifically for the client. Shift Tech Solutions retains the right to display the completed project as part of its portfolio and marketing materials. Any pre-existing tools, code libraries, or proprietary solutions used remain the property of Shift Tech Solutions.

5. Payment and Billing

All service fees, payment schedules, and currency specifications will be detailed in the individual Service Agreement or Proposal. Failure to make payments within the agreed-upon timeframe may result in the suspension of service or project delays.

6. Limitation of Liability

Shift Tech Solutions shall not be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, our services. This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, loss of profits, or business interruption.

7. Governing Law
